About

PRTR Project Life is an advocacy campaign which started out as a graduate school requirement of four persons taking their Master in Communication Management in Polytechnic University of the Philippines. In June, the group of four from diverse academic background began their research on Climate Change and Communication Planning to bring about synthesis on issues why Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers (PRTR) system matters to Filipinos.

Our mission is to call for policymakers to integrate a more cohesive chemical management mechanism to protect the health and life rights of Filipinos. We provide communication strategies in delivering our objectives toward an environmental regime that will secure our rights to healthy environment. Realising that advocacy relates to contextual analysis of engaging the public to mobilise and take action, our campaign seeks to inform the general public about PRTR and environment realities that affect their rights to life and health.

Our work:

Campaign networking and strategising, alliance-building, and public information dissemination.
